Planning
When you fail to plan, you plan to fail!
Every incredible event starts with a detailed planning process that takes into consideration all aspects of the event, the timeline of tasks, budget, staffing, marketing and more. With more than 25 years of event planning experience, Paul can help you develop a plan and budget to get you on the right track for a successful event!
After more than 20 years organizing major events such as Wapping Fair and Paws in the Park, Paul has all the procedures, resources and contacts to bring in any amount and a wide variety of vendors!
As with vendors, Paul has worked with some of the best food trucks in CT and has a great relationship with them. He can bring in trucks serving everything from coffee to lemonade to desserts and a whole wide ethnic range of foods! Whether you need only a few or a few dozen your attendees will be in for some delicious treats!
Keep your audience around longer by providing great entertainment! Paul has worked with numerous bands, magicians, jugglers, fire eaters, pony rides and more and they can be at your event and give everyone great memories
Don’t go through all the effort of putting on a great event and then not have a great turnout! Paul can create a Facebook event for you using your Facebook page or his and then post it on more than a dozen Facebook sites reaching thousands of potential attendees!
Bring out the families in droves by including kid activities at your event. Moon bounces come in a variety of shapes and sizes for all seasons. Add to the fun by including a face painter, balloon artist or caricaturist. Want to make it even more interactive? We can arrange to provide kid (or even adult) games and keep everyone laughing and involved!
Why call around for tents, port-o-lets, tables and more when Paul already has done the leg work for you! Let him use his contacts to make your event not only more stress free, but most likely more inexpensive!
Give your event a coordinated look by having your guests dressed in similar apparel. T-shirts, polo shirts, hats, etc. can be had at reasonably cost for the event and then kept by your guests as a gift.
Give your attendees a souvenir to remember you! Magnets, tote bags, inflatables, cups, frisbees, plush toys and more all make great gifts or incorporate them into kid activities as prizes.
The layout of your event is so important because it helps make setup easier, allows all your attendees to visit all your vendors, attractions, etc. The “flow” of the event can make all the difference in an event. Paul has designed events on open land ranging from 1 acre to 18 acres!
Paul can bring his experience to your event to give guidance and tips on managing a well-run event. From setup to break down keeping an eye on the big picture is critical, while not losing site of the details. You want your event to be successful for everyone – your organization, your vendors, entertainers, volunteers and attendees!
